Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Saturday March 28, 2020 by David Pede

We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that the health and wellbeing of our employees, you our valued customers and your loved ones is always our number one priority.

The government are encouraging online retailers to continue to trade and therefore we will continue offering online orders. We're also still accepting telephone orders 9am to 5.30pm on 01730 813169 Monday to Friday. For your peace of mind, all books and albums will continue to be delivered contact-free for the health and safety of you our customers.

If you’re worried about receiving a delivery or have any questions regarding the measures or procedures we have put in place, please see our Coronavirus FAQ's or ask us direct on 01730 813169 or email info@middletonpress.co.uk

As a small, independent, family-run company we and all our employees are adhering strictly to guidance provided by the World Health Organisation and the British government. According to information published on The World Health Organisation’s website: “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will amend our procedures if guidance changes.
