Does Middleton Press store my card details, if I order online?
No! There is no need for Middleton Press to store your card details when you order online. Our checkout facility is provided by PayPal, a popular and secure payment method. Middleton Press is not informed of your specific payment details.
I want to preorder a book?
Payment for preordered albums is dealt with by PayPal immediately. Your purchase will be dispatched upon publication.
Do I have to register on the Middleton Press site?
No! By not registering, your purchase experience is made simple and quick. There is no need for us to hold all your details as PayPal informs us of all the dispatch information we need. You can however, set up an account with PayPal to make future purchases from our website faster.
I have ordered over the Middleton Press website. When will my item be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs (NB: DVDs may take longer).
Books are sent via Royal Mail (2nd or 1st class postage can be selected when ordering). Postage charges are shown on the last page of the brochure: https://www.middletonpress.co.uk/downloads/
I am not registered with PayPal, can I still order over the web?
You can pay via PayPal using your debit/credit card as a 'guest', without opening an account. The PayPal website will guide you through this process. You can alternatively order over the phone 01730 813169, or by emailing sales@middletonpress.co.uk if you would prefer to pay by cheque.
Why are there no page numbers in the books?
When Vic Mitchell founded Middleton Press back in the 1980s he wanted the books to be pictorial albums. Instead of using page numbers, he used the Contents at the front to refer to the Picture Caption Numbers. We still stick to this rule today.
