Morpeth to Bellingham

These two rural railway lines in Northumberland crossed beautiful moorland, prone to heavy snowfall.

Because of their remoteness they carried much dam construction material and secure military traffic. In their last days they saw a considerable number of excursion trains. All is revealed herein.
