Market Harborough to Newark

This forgotten rural route ran mainly over the Leicestershire Wolds and carried a variety of mineral and agricultural items.

There are also rare views herein of holiday trains running to East Coast resorts, long after regular service had ceased from Leicester Belgrave Road.
