Country Railway Routes

Lines North of Stoke

to Crewe, Congleton and Leek

by Adrian Hartless

This complex group of lines covers an early group of industrial areas. Thus we can enjoy the transport of materials associated with potteries, iron works, collieries and many other businesses. Locomotive construction is included.

"All change" is a convenient double meaning to describe the presentation.

Reviews:

'Local expert Adrian Hartless takes the helm again for a review of a busy network of routes in the North Midlands, some of them as busy today as when they were built 150 years ago.'
