Howard of Pawsland - 2 - on his magical train journey to Tastlybud

Howard of Pawsland is back for his next adventure! 
To his delight he is sent, by King Paw Adore, to Tastlybud, the food capital of Pawsland. The town and its people are amazing, but Howard is shocked - the countryside is being polluted by waste from the restaurants. Howard knows his favourite train, the Pawsland Express, runs on old cooking oil. Can he inspire the locals to follow this example, recycle the old oil and change their ways?
